Yoga Retreat

It is our privilege to offer you a remarkable Yoga Holiday Experience, soaking up the sun on the beach in a natural environment enjoying the warm weather along with leaving your daily routine behind to focus solely on yourself and Yoga and Meditation.

The program consists of Yoga Theory and Practice along with Mantra Chanting and Bhajan-Kirtan or music programs. We may also include some cultural activities. It is open for all adults to attend, even those who have had no experience or knowledge of yoga.

  • Beginning:- Healing the body, mind and emotions by proper yogic asana, pranayama, diet and meditation.

    Daily Schedule: – 2 Yoga classes, 1 Pranayama , 1 Active Meditation and Jalneti (A cleansing process of the nasal passages and mucus membranes and sinuses.)

    Ayurvedic Consultation According to (prakriti) of a person is based on 3 important elements called Dosha’s, ie. Vata (wind), Pitta (fire or heat energy) and Kapha (water). Each dosha is made up of 1 or 2 of the 5 basic elements :- Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

    Each dosha has a particular function and when it is out of balance, it can upset the body in different ways. Hence proper balance of these 3 dosha’s should be maintained to keep the body strong and healthy. This is done by food, activity and bodily processes.

    Thus you will learn the basic knowledge of the yogic lifestyle practices like Ayurveda and Nutrition to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    During the retreat you will receive a physical consultation by an Ayurvedic Physician who will give you a personalised dietary plan.
