Meditation Training Program

Why Meditate?

Life has become hectic because of our modern lifestyle and work demands we don’t find enough time for ourselves which results in stress, fatigue, frustration and depression. This is common worldwide and affects our mental and physical health.

We have designed a Meditation Program for those who would like to practice and experience yoga.
The program includes several different methods such as breathing, releasing all emotions with awareness, dancing , shaking and moving. This helps release all emotions and stress and thought from the unconscious mind and creates an empty space within.

This prepares one to come into Silence. No talking outside and no talking inside, just silence and in this way one comes into meditation.
