The Intensive Yoga Course is especially for those Beginners, Intermediate Yoga Practitioners or Teachers who wish to take their practice of yoga to a higher level by undertaking Physical Asana, Pranayama and Meditation Practice.

Course Curriculum Includes:

Practicing asanas twice a day

Midday workshops 5 times a week. (Teach some yoga workshops or receive help with your personal needs).

Primary Focus is the sequencing and correct alignment of the poses, modifications and the use of props.

During the Course we will be completely focused on making your practice deeper and stronger.
