Who can join?

Anyone may attend any of our ongoing sessions. Do what you can according to your own level, listening to your body, or just relax with your eyes closed if you are unable to manage a particular asana.
Drop-in-Yoga is open to all levels, beginners, Intermediates or Advanced Yoga Practitioners.
